Meeting Point — Arrivals Hall

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. At Terminal 1 they wait by the Mattoni bar on your left; at Terminal 2, by the information centre just outside the arrivals hall.

After passport control and baggage claim, follow the signs to the Arrivals Hall.

Walk through the exit doors into the arrivals hall.

Look to your left — the Mattoni bar is right there.

European flights (Schengen)

After collecting your luggage, follow the signs to the Arrivals Hall.

Helpful Tips

Your driver will send you their exact location and phone number via SMS/WhatsApp before your arrival.
If you can't see your driver, call or WhatsApp them — the number will be in your confirmation.
No need to find a car park: every booking is meet & greet, so your driver meets you and walks you to the car.
